Usage
To install IconPackager, run the following command from the command line or from PowerShell:

To upgrade IconPackager, run the following command from the command line or from PowerShell:
choco upgrade iconpackager
To uninstall IconPackager, run the following command from the command line or from PowerShell:
choco uninstall iconpackager
